Florida Spirit Vacation Homes was founded in 2001 by two people who should have known better. After several years in the Central Florida vacation home Real Estate market, Florida Spirit was started to fill the need of property management services for high quality Orlando vacation home rentals. Florida Spirit was also started to offer these quality homes directly to the traveling public and not through international tour operators.
Florida Spirt’s team of employees truly understand that being in the Central Florida property management and vacation rental business means being in the hospitality industry in one of the world’s most competitive hotel and resort markets. Florida Spirit has always operated like a quality hotel and not the traditional vacation rental company. Being located in the Orlando area both raises the bar for guest expectations and the availability of a highly trained and motivated work force.
We hope this blog can be used as a mean to promote the Central Florida Property Management industry. For years the staff at Florida Spirit has been involved in the vacation rental industry. We are proud to have served as a board member to the Florida Vacation Rental Managers Assoication and being a founding member of Discover Vacation Homes.
